Mohammad Hani Abdul Kader Al Bakri is a Vice President of Finance & Investments in two numbers of companies related to A.K. Bakri & Sons Holding Company. Prior to that, he is the member of the Board of the Card Company in Bahrain and Chairman of Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG), Jeddah. He was the Head of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce Maritime Committee from 03/07/1416H to 28/08/1422H. He is also the member of the Board of North of England Protection and Indemnity Association in the UK, member of the Technical Committee of the Classification Society Bureau Veritas and member of the Board of United International Bank, Bahrain. He received his diploma with honors, with a B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering from King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Diploma from Pakistan Nuclear Commission. His experiences are as follows: Lecturer, King Abdulaziz University Faculty of Engineering and 20 years of experience in Technical Supervision, Financial and Administration Management.

Mr. Abdullah Al Rayes is a well known Saudi business man. He owns Al Rayes Group, a diversified trading group whose interests include investment in industrial and commercial enterprises, development of business sites, building contracting, maintenance and operation of ports, airports and hospitals, the establishment of hotels, restaurant, cafes and other recreational facilities, and the processing of and trading in coffee beans and bakery products.

Mr. Khamis represents the Islamic Development Bank on the Board. He is the insurance underwriting manager for the Islamic Corporation for Insurance of Investment and Export, one of Islamic Development Bank’s establishments. He has worked for IDB for the last 12 months in the insurance field. He holds a certificate in Islamic Finance since 1988.

He is the Director of Al Ghazawi Law Firm, and has been working as Legal Advisor since 1992. Mr. Ghazawi worked at the National Association of Patten Rights, a member of Legal Advisors at the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce, a member of National Committee of Legal Advisors at the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce & Industry, a member in the Saudi Young Presidents' Organization, Certified Arbitrator at the GCC, a member in the ABA, promoted to a member in CIARB, and a member of International Solicitors Association in London. He holds a Master Degree in Commercial Law from Robert Gordon - Britain

He is the Finance & Administrative Manager at the General Enterprise for Investment Activities. Mr. Thnaian is a partner of several companies such as the Blue Net Advertising Company, and the Saudi Leisure Projects Company. He joined Saudi Program for Strategic Reserves as the Finance Affairs Manager and also in Contracts Department. He also participated in several training courses including Risk Management, Contracts Management and Land Registration Department etc. Mr. Al Thnaian holds a bachelor Degree in Administrative Sciences from King Saud University in Riyadh .

He is currently the CEO of Sulaiman Al Khoraiji's Consulting Office and a former member of Majlis Ash Shura. He was the Chairman of several companies and institutions including Albanian Islamic Arab Bank in Albania, Themar Company, Turkey , and Faisal Real Estate Development Company and Telgel in Portugal . He was also the Deputy Chairman of Alnatd Investment Company and a Board Member of Larba Bank, America and Larba Bank, Kazakhstan and Al Rajhi Trading & Banking Est. He was formerly the Chairman of Saudi Engineers Syndicate, Western Region. He was also a member of several societies and professional bodies such as Saudi Society for Ekistics, Saudi Architects Association, American Architects Society, and British Architects Society, the Philippine Architects Union and the Egyptian Architects Society. Mr. Khoraiji worked as a co-architect at Sir William Halker and Partners in England and Obtonorth Blendshen Company in Holland . He obtained his bachelor degree in architecture from Oklahoma State University, USA .

He is the Vice President of Batterjee Trade Group, Plant Manager of Batterjee Factory for Cosmetics and Baby Care, Manager of Batterjee Food Factory, Project Manager of Batterjee Drugs Factory (Under erection), Board Member of Batterjee pharmaceuticals & Medical Supplies, Board member of Mohammed Batterjee Polyclinics, Board member of Batterjee Factory for Ice Cream & Juice, Board Member of Batterjee Factory for Leather & Garment Factory, Deputy Chairman of the Industrial City – Jeddah, President of the Industrial City Development & Enhancement Fund, a member of Industrialization Committee and also a member of the Drugs Committee at Jeddah Chamber of Commerce, a member of Saudi Organization for CPA, a member of American Organization for CPA, a member of Arab Administrative & Development Organization – Cairo, Board Member & Treasurer of Ber Charity – Jeddah. Mr. Batterjee Holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from King Abdul Aziz University – Jeddah. He is preparing for a Master Degree from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology.

He is the Investment Services Division Manager at Al Bank Al Saudi Al Fransi, previously Mr. Al Bassam was the Marketing Department Manager of the Investment Services Division, Regional Manager – Central Region, a manager of several branches in Riyadh at Al Bank Al Saudi Al Fransi. He worked for sometime at Al Bank Al Saudi Al Hollandi and participated in several projects to organize the investment consignments in Saudi Equities; and preparation and development of Tadawul Project in conjunction with SAMA. He also participated in several training courses such as Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundry, and strategies of the Investment Division, etc. He holds a bachelor degree from King Saud University , Riyadh .

After Graduating from Indiana University achieving a PHD in Economics, Dr. Hafiz was positioned in plenty of strategic and academic roles such as the department of Economic, King Abdul Aziz University , the General Manager of the Arab Islamic Bank and the Regional Manager of Al Rajhi Banking & Investment Corporation. When he joined the Islamic Development Bank, Dr. Hafiz worked in various managerial positions, which resulted in leading the strategic investment of IDB to occupy twenty percent of ACIG.
