Comprehensive Motor Insurance for Private and Commercial Use:
This policy can be issued for Individual car owners or company fleet of vehicles.
The cover is sub-divided into 3
main
sections as follows:
Section I � Own Damage
Section II
� Third Party Liability for Bodily Injury and
Property Damage
Section III- Emergency Medical Expenses
It can also be extended to cover Personal Accident Benefits
to Drivers and Passengers for a limit of up to SR 100,000 per person.
2- Third Party Liability Motor Insurance
This policy covers the legal liabilities
to Third Party both bodily injury and property damage due to an accident caused
by the Insured vehicle.
This policy can be offered to both Private
and Commercial Vehicles and the cover can also be extended to cover Personal Accident
benefits.

�Ruksa� Insurance
This policy is intended to cover the liability of the driver of the vehicle that
caused the accident.
Unlike the Third
Party Liability Motor Insurance, which covers the liability of the insured vehicle,
this policy insures the liability of the driver�s license.
